The above ordering dates are a guide. 

 Please note we and our carriers do NOT guarantee any delivery dates over the busy festive period, including the usual next working day service, as unforeseen delays including busier traffic conditions, roadworks, adverse weather conditions, road traffic accidents or customers not being available at delivery addresses may prevent delivery being made. 

*We strongly recommend ordering at least 5 days before your required delivery date for UK mainland addresses and that you allow a minimum of 7 days lead time for deliveries to UK highlands, islands and Northern Ireland. Lead times for export orders vary, please contact us for information. 

By accepting your order prior to Christmas, we cannot be held responsible or liable for delivery not being made in time for your events or before Christmas Day, and cannot compensate for any loss incurred through this, or any inconvenience caused.

Please ensure someone is available all day at the specified address all day when arranging delivery.

If you are not in when your delivery is attempted, due to the extra time it would take it's unlikely the couriers will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour. They will not re-attempt delivery and you will need to contact the couriers to rearrange a new delivery date. This may result in delays and possibly a re-delivery fee will be charged. 

We advise ordering on or ideally before Wednesday 18th December for the best possiblity of delivery before Christmas. The very latest time by which to place an order in December for orders being delivered to a UK mainland, non highland address is Friday 20th December. Please note this does NOT guarantee delivery before Christmas!

If you need an order urgently or need to order on Thursday 19th December for delivery on Friday 20th December, please call us on 01842 824505, as some delivery depots MAY still be able to fulfil urgent orders!
